Shipping and payment

Didn't find your country? Do not hesitate to contact us and we will prepare a quote for shipping to your country. We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx and DHL. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
 

1) Bank transfer - After you create and submit your order, you will be sent an e-mail with payment instructions for payment by bank transfer along with a confirmation of your order. Once payment is credited to our account, we will promptly dispatch your order. This method of payment is free of charge. Payment is possible in CZK and EUR.

2) Cash on delivery - The amount of cash on delivery is indicated for each shipping method. 

 

3) Pays - Online payment by QR code - After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the Pays payment gateway where a QR code will be generated for quick payment. Once payment is credited, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. 

 

Prices for shipping and delivery are exclusive of VAT.

 

 

Shipment pickup: 

We recommend that the buyer does not accept the goods from the carrier if they show any signs of damage. If you find a defect, please note everything on the shipping note on the spot with the driver. At the same time, notify us at obchod@cbdgroup.cz. It is advisable to check the goods thoroughly immediately after receipt. If you find that the shipment is incomplete or damaged, you can file a claim via e-mail. It is also advisable to claim damages directly from the carrier in this case.

The invoice also serves as a tax document and can be found in your account if you are a registered customer, or in your order confirmation email.
